This is achieved through state-of-the-art systems, photovoltaic energy, and highly insulated structures. For certain special productions, we also use ingredients from organic farming.

Bread
We offer specialties from the finest Italian and European traditions, uniquely crafted with natural fermentation using *biga* and baked in stone ovens. Perfect for the G.D.O. and Ho.Re.Ca. channels, our products come in weights ranging from 36 to 1000g, partially baked and frozen or pre-baked and ready to use.
Pizza and Focaccia
We produce focaccias and pizzas with hand-stretching and hand-topping, ranging from Roman "Pala" to Pugliese, to small round snack-sized pizzas. With a variety of rich toppings to meet diverse needs, they are designed to be ready in just a few minutes in the oven.


Pasta
Our egg pasta is the realization of a dream that Sandro brought to life after many years, inspired by a recipe notebook written by his mother, Ester. He added just one special ingredient of his own: cold preservation, to maintain the authentic flavor of homemade pasta unchanged.
Cakes & Bakery
Our master pastry chefs still faithfully follow recipes from 50 years ago, rooted in the ancient culinary traditions of the Marche region. Using only the finest ingredients and their expert hands, they create delights that satisfy even the most refined palates. Here’s a secret: after tasting, wait a few minutes... if it leaves a pleasant taste in your mouth, it means it’s truly wholesome and of exceptional quality.
