Flour, water, natural leavening. These are the ingredients of the bread that in the years has been considered the symbol of food, of tradition and of living together. The history of the bread is the history of the man and of his work; it is the emblem of the growing up of the human race and nonetheless a basic component of our food. For this reason, knead bread dough, put in to bake, organize a production, work to produce bread is not only a job, but it also represents proudly the aim of the Stacchiotti family.

A very genuine passion like that of a young boy who, at the age of 14 years old, started to make bread with sacrifices and with good ideas thus giving origin to this evolution of making bread. From 1953 until today, Stacchiotti's Bakery in the region of the Marches, has been handed down from father to son, from the very young worker Sandro to his sons: Sergio, Simone , Paolo and to a staff of 15 collaborators. This is the history of the products that we normally eat in our daily meal with a unique taste that reminds us a long genuine tradition started 50 years ago.

Everyday the factory produces 5000 kg of bread and other bakery products using 50 different recipes, from the excellent rolls, individually packed made for refectories and restaurants, the "Filetta casareccia" (home-made long loaf) for the supermarkets, bread crumbs available in small bags or in sacks suitable for food laboratories, to the delicious, classic cake "Ciambellone al cioccolato" .
